- The minister claims Sahu used forged signatures to remove her from company director positions and recently obtained an audio recording allegedly capturing Sahu conspiring with a woman to kill her.
- Dehradun City Superintendent of Police Shekhar Suyal confirmed a case was registered against Sahu under the Indian Penal Code and the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act.
- Authorities are conducting further investigations into the allegations, which include claims that Sahu used caste-based slurs against Arya at her official residence, raising concerns about her safety and that of her minor children.
