SIOUX FALLS — The USF Cougars won their home opener to improve to 2-0 on Saturday, beating their other in-state rival, Northern State, 42-28 at Bob Young Field. Tied at 21 heading to the fourth, the Coo pulled away with 21 fourth-quarter points.
