The U.S. met a Russian delegation in Geneva on Monday and will meet a Chinese delegation on Tuesday for talks about forging a potential multilateral nuclear arms control treaty, a senior U.S. State Department official said.
The US State Department revealed that Washington held talks with Russia in Geneva, Switzerland, and intends to hold separate discussions with China, as part of efforts to revive nuclear arms control efforts and launch a new multilateral negotiating track.
