US prosecutors told a New York judge on 2 October that Maduro and Cilia Flores have no immunity. Defence replies are due 16 October; argument is 17 November.
According to counsel Nizar El Fakih, the Public Prosecutor's Office argued that those individuals engaged in deliberate conduct to circumvent applicable legislation.
