Update on prepas for the ENM competition.

In order to become a magistrate, there are 4 competitions. The 1st competition is open to students in initial training. The 2nd competition is open to civil servants with a minimum of 4 years of public service. The 3rd competition is open to persons in the private sector who have been working for at least 8 years.
