Update: Flood advisory for Morrow County anticipated to expire at 9:45 p.m.

The advisory was active for Morrow County."The Flood Advisory will expire at 9:45 p.m. this evening for a portion of northeast Oregon, including the following area, Morrow. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," describes the National Weather Service.
