ROCHESTER – Dale Johnson was extremely busy volunteering over the last year. He donated his time to 4-H, the Rochester Honkers, and the foodshelf Ruby’s Pantry. He volunteered for churches and his high school sports teams. And he was also a judge at the Olmsted County Fair.
