SpaceX's mega Starship rocket, designed for Martian missions, reached space on a new test flight on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. But its ship exploded before being able to descend to Earth. In two previous trials in January and March, the upper floor exploded at the beginning of the flight.

The multibillionaire company SpaceX develops this rocket to go to Mars at the end of 2026.
