A flight from the American airline United Airlines had to return shortly after takeoff on Thursday after the aircraft lost part of an engine cowling. The plane was en route to Denver, but had to make an emergency landing back at Hartford Airport in Connecticut. No passengers or crew members were reported injured.
Een vlucht van de Amerikaanse luchtvaartmaatschappij United Airlines is donderdag kort na vertrek moeten terugkeren, nadat het toestel een deel van een voering van de binnenkant van de motorkap had verloren. Het vliegtuig was onderweg naar Denver, maar moest noodgedwongen terug naar het vliegveld van Hartford in de staat Connecticut. Voor zover bekend raakte niemand van de 124 passagiers en vijf crewleden gewond.

The plane was en route to Denver but had to make an emergency landing back at Hartford airport in Connecticut. No one of the 124 passengers and five crew members was injured.
