Ukraine's SBU captures Russian soldier suspected of executing 9 Ukrainian POWs in 2024
Ukraine's Security Service detained a Russian soldier linked to the October 2024 execution of nine Ukrainian POWs, amid investigations of over 300 such killings, Zelenskyy said.
