Rubio Expects Russia to Present Ceasefire Terms to Ukraine Soon
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio expects Russia to present Ukraine with a broad outline of ceasefire terms that will allow Washington to assess whether Moscow really wants to make peace, AFP reported. "In the very near future, maybe in a few days, maybe this week, the Russian side will present the terms that they would like," Rubio said at a hearing before members of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
