Ukraine, India discuss Black Sea, food security on FM's 'historic' Kyiv visit
India said it is ready to help through dialogue and diplomacy as Jaishankar discussed Black Sea shipping threats and humanitarian aid with Ukrainian leaders.

- India maintains a complex diplomatic position, having made at least 10 visits to Russia since 2019 while continuing to benefit from discounted Russian oil imports amid global pressure regarding the conflict.
