UCA drops policies on affirmative action, diversity to comply with new state laws | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

The University of Central Arkansas board of trustees approved several policy revisions during a special meeting Thursday, including deleting its affirmative action plan. The adjustments, effective immediately, are primarily to comply with laws enacted during this year's regular session of the state's General Assembly, said UCA General Counsel Warren Readnour.
