The new Ubuntu version "Plucky Puffin" uses Gnome 48, screws on the installation wizard and introduces the concept of Devpacks for programmers. For the first time, there is also an image of the desktop version for ARM64 systems. Ubuntu is supposed to bring this to laptops with ARM64 processor and enable operation in corresponding virtual machines. One goal is above all Windows laptops with Snapdragon processor.
