UBS survey: Mainland Chinese are more willing to buy property in Hong Kong, top five areas

The latest survey by UBS Evidence Lab of UBS Investment Bank shows that the willingness of mainland tourists to buy property in Hong Kong has increased significantly, with 29% of respondents saying that they would consider buying a property in Hong Kong if stamp duty is abolished, up 4 percentage points from the survey in April this year. The top five districts are Wan Chai, Kowloon City, Shatin, Central and Western District and Yau Tsim Mong.
