Uber driver accused of kidnapping also sued for alleged sexual assault

FRIENDSWOOD, Texas (CW39) — A rideshare driver charged with kidnapping a passenger is also being sued by that same passenger, who is accusing him of sexual assault. Friendswood police said alleged kidnapping happened in June when the passenger fell in and out of sleep during the ride.
