The pipeline will bring water from Egypt to Mawasi, in the south of the Palestinian enclave, to nearly 600,000 people in the midst of the humanitarian crisis.
The IDF has authorized the United Arab Emirates to advance the construction of a water line from the desalination plant in Egypt into the Gaza Strip. This is a move that will provide a solution for 600,000 residents in the Strip and will operate independently of Israel's water network.
