SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Tyson Foods has agreed to pay $55 million to settle its part of a class-action lawsuit involving alleged beef price fixing, according to federal court documents. Preliminary class action settlements were filed in U.S. District Court in Minnesota on Oct. 6 and require approval from the judge.
