The disease, which generally begins with fever, headache, weakness and loss of appetite, symptoms which follow the characteristic symptoms, the so-called "rose-spotted rash (roseola) on the abdomen and an increasing exhaustion, which without treatment lead to intestinal perforations and a septic shock and with a high degree of fatigue.
