OSAKIS – Osakis voters once again rejected a bond referendum to upgrade school sites and facilities. In a news release sent out Tuesday night, School Superintendent Justin Dalheimer reported the unofficial results. Out of 1,336 voters, 597 (45%) voted yes to pass the measure and 739 (55%) voted no.
