VIRGINIA/EVELETH—Incumbent Brandi Lautigar was overwhelmed with gratitude and joy after she won Tuesday’s heated special election to fill a vacant seat on the Rock Ridge School Board.

OSAKIS – Osakis voters once again rejected a bond referendum to upgrade school sites and facilities.
