At a hearing held on 15 September 2025 in the Provincial Courts of San Lorenzo, the Judge of First Instance, Dr. Eugenio Romanini, approved the procedure presented by the Prosecutor’s Office, which was accepted by the Defence. Claudio Silva was sentenced to four years’ effective imprisonment for the offence of possession of narcotic drugs for marketing purposes, as an author and to a consummate degree.
