- Detectives first arrested the men on April 1 at their home addresses in London, releasing them on bail before rearresting them on December 10 and charging them.
- Prosecutors told the court that Annis Makki is accused of attending Birket Jabbour airbase, Lebanon training in 2021 and preparing terrorist acts, while Mohamad Hadi Kassir trained at Baffliyeh, south Lebanon in 2015 and Birket Jabbour in 2021.
