Two teenagers brought a stolen handgun into Roosevelt Elementary School in Vancouver on Tuesday following a nearby drive-by shooting, authorities said.Police said an altercation broke out just after noon in a parking lot near the Jim Parsley Community Center, next to the school. A male fired several rounds from a vehicle and drove off. No one was injured, but officers later found three shell casings.
