Two dogs die in animal training facility in Marikina City
The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) has condemned the incident involving the death of two pets inside an animal training facility in Marikina City, according to Katrina Son"s report in “State of the Nation” on Wednesday.
The two dogs were reportedly dead for five days before the owner was notified. The pet owner paid the center about P50,000.
