Two arrested after police find toddler's remains

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma Police Department (YPD) announced the arrest of two people after they found a toddler's remains. YPD says they responded to the area of E. 25th Street, near S. Carolyn Way, before 2:00 p.m. Friday after receiving reports of suspicious activity in the area.
