RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott says a mother and her relative has been arrested after assaulting a juvenile. On April 29, just before 8 p.m., RCSD deputies responded in the 1800 block of Lake Carolina Drive in reference to a fight in progress.
