Tumut scouts blaze new trails as Venturer unit expands - Tumut and Adelong Times

Venturers recently enjoyed the Blowering Cliffs walk. While many are familiar with the Cub and Scout sections within the scouting movement and these are the most common scout age group sections, scouting doesn’t end with the Scout section.  Tumut scouts who get older within scouts don’t have to hang up their scarves and leave, they can continue the adventure and move up to the Venturer section.  Venturer scouts are aged between 14 and 18 and ar…
