Tularosa woman arrested for pepper spraying children

A Tularosa woman is being held without bail after allegedly pepper-spraying her 12- and 16-year-old neighbors in the face during a dispute over a property line. A judge cited prior alleged violations of a restraining order, threats and violence in ruling she poses a danger to the family. Her attorney has requested a competency evaluation.
