From Tribune staff reports TRUSSVILLE, Ala.–A Trussville man has been charged in the death of 29-year-old Carley Nicole Johnson, who died of a fentanyl overdose earlier this year. Kenneth Bernard Clay, 56, has been charged with manslaughter-fentanyl. According to court documents, Clay allegedly gave Johnson drugs containing the fentanyl.
