By Taylor Ward, Briana Waxman and Mary Gilbert, CNN A stormy climate area off the U.S. southeast coast became tropical depression three this Friday afternoon, the third system of the Atlantic hurricane season, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC).The storm does not pose a significant threat to land, but it could leave heavy rains in parts of the southeast and generate dangerous conditions on the beaches over the weekend.
