WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) --- The South Carolina Highway Patrol is searching for a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run on Wednesday. A vehicle was traveling north on U.S. Highway 52 near Brockington Road in Williamsburg County when it struck a pedestrian, highway patrol said.
