Parliament voted on Thursday, in final reading, a draft law that amends the tax regime applicable to freight vehicles, eliminating fixed taxes and introducing a system based on the number of kilometers traveled. The law was supported by 72 deputies and will enter into force on January 1, 2025, after publication in the Official Gazette.
