Traffic stop leads to Sunday arrest
A Fremont man faces various charges following a traffic stop Sunday morning. At about 1:23 a.m., police stopped a vehicle at East Fifth and Main streets. The driver, Sebastian Gutierrez, 30, of Fremont was arrested for driving while revoked from DUI refusal, DUI-.15+ OR refusal (1 prior conviction), operating a vehicle to avoid arrest, obstructing a police officer, false reporting and refusal to submit to a pretest.
