MILLSBORO, Del. – The Delaware State Police have arrested a man from Philadelphia for drug, weapon, and driving under the influence offenses following a traffic stop on Sunday. At 12:01 a.m. on Dec. 14, a trooper conducted a traffic stop on a gray Dodge Charger after observing it traveling on Centerview Drive with a headlight out.
