Bulloch commissioners delay data center prohibition, deny Leefield liquor store

Bulloch County commissioners voted 3-2 to delay a proposed data center prohibition for 30 days and denied a Leefield liquor store request by the same margin. The board also approved a Waverly Lane nail studio and T-Mobile tower while advancing its impact fee study without adopting or setting a fee.

Town Council Agrees to Submit Data Center Definition and Prohibition Language to Outside Legal Counsel for Review

The August 3 work session of the Town Council began with consideration of a mural exceeding 60 square feet on the north side of the building facing the intersection of North Commerce Avenue and Manassas Street.
