During the 2020 municipal campaign, outgoing mayor Jean-Luc Moudenc's office, along with other municipal employees, reportedly worked for his candidacy using public means, according to Mediacités Toulouse.
Mediacités has seized hundreds of documents exchanged between 2019 and 2020 within Jean-Luc Moudenc's campaign team. They show that members of the outgoing mayor's office, waged by the community, participated in the campaign of candidate LR. Such mobilization of these "small hands", if it took place on their working time, could violate the penal and electoral codes.
