Tornio's 350 million euro data center failed to materialize - Mayor: "It wasn't a completely empty plan"

The Canadian company's data center was supposed to be completed in Tornio at the end of this year. The project was shelved at the end of last year. "Some will succeed, some won't," says Mayor Jukka Kujala.
