KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two Tonganoxie women have been sentenced in connection with animal cruelty charges. On Sept. 19, 2025, Jessica L. Fleer, 35, and Amanda E. Fleer, 42, both of Tonganoxie, were sentenced in Leavenworth County District Court.
