To the editor: Limits on legal system abuse can be beneficial to consumers

Extreme weather, inflation, legal system abuse, and population patterns have collided simultaneously, creating an environment of rising insurance costs. As the items we insure cost more to rebuild or repair, so must the insurance rates insurers charge to protect against disasters.
