Cyrille Bourgeois, a 47-year-old computer scientist from Nice, created and administered the CFake website, dedicated to the dissemination of pornographic montages of famous women. He was convicted on Tuesday of the administration of illegal platform and the dissemination of pornographic deepfakes.
A Niçois computer scientist was found guilty on Tuesday July 7th for administering this platform of pornographic montages and hyperstructures featuring personalities. He was sentenced to two years in prison, one of which was suspended, as well as 83,000 euros for the civil parties.
The defendant, a Niçois born in 1979, is prosecuted for having managed this site containing nearly 300,000 photos and videos, montages and deepfakes (structures made by artificial intelligence) of a sexual nature.
