Nearly a year after the release of the documentary "The Stringer", which claimed that the illustrious 1972 photograph was the work of an unknown independent, a French photographer who conducted the investigation ensures that the reporter did not have, on that day, the Pentax camera used for the capture.
The author of the historical photo of the "Little Girl in Napalm" would not be Nick Ut, Pulitzer Prize for this picture taken, according to a study carried out by the French photographer Tristan da Cunha
While a Netflix documentary attributes the photo to an Associated Press freelancer, another study in France comes to the same conclusion: Nick Ut cannot be the author of this famous cliché.
