As part of the upcoming celebration of World Tourism Day, which is celebrated every 27 September, in Lerdo, efforts have been made to ensure that the traditional “Lerdo Semite” is recognized as a tourist, gastronomic and cultural heritage of the region. The initiative was presented during a meeting between municipal authorities and representatives of the National Chamber of the Bakery, Pastry and Similar Industry (Canainpa), Laguna Delegation.
