On Friday, July 3, the death of Venezuelan actress Georgelys Delgado was confirmed along with her mother, Gladys Escalona; the date indicates that it occurred on the same day of the seismic double that shook Venezuela, on Wednesday, June 24.
Yorgelis Delgado and his mother had been trapped in the rubble after the collapse of the building where the artist lived. "Today it is our turn to fire them with a broken heart," the family said in a statement.
