A large-capacity parking lot for 350 cars will be built on the upcoming D3 motorway between Prague and Tábor. The Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region has issued a binding opinion on the environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the construction of the Dunávice rest area. The rest area should be built on the future Central Bohemian section at kilometer 26 of the motorway in the Hostěradice – Václavice section in the Benešov region.
