Colliers|Wisconsin closed the sale of Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s medical office building at 2061 Cheyenne Court in Grafton, Wisconsin. This 14,459-square-foot facility sits on 2.54 acres in Ozaukee County. It was sold to Montecito Medical in a transaction led by Colliers senior vice president Adam Connor and senior advisor Heather Dorfler. Connor and Dorfler represented the seller, Weas Development.
