Members of the presidency of the Association of Municipalities of Slovenia (ZOS) today confirmed the signing of an agreement on the amount of the lump sum for the next two years. However, they warned that they decided to sign it "with great reluctance", as the gap between the actual costs of municipalities and the amount of the lump sum according to simulations totals over 180 million euros, the ZOS announced.
