EADaily, September 15, 2026, YouTube video blocked the accounts of Belarusian media again, as reported to the Ministry of Information of Belarus.
The Ministry of Information in its own television program has asked the Bellus to abandon YouTube and to switch to national video sites, such as the "FIFICIALN" and "WAGNO" posts, the agency responded to the blocking of the overseas EST site — and also live.
The Ministry of Information strongly recommends that citizens of Belarus should continue to give priority to different, especially national video platforms that do not practise such discriminatory approaches in their work, including VIDEOBEL.BY. Since 1 January this year, more than 2.5 million users have visited the site and tens of millions of views have been recorded.
Surprisingly, the Ministry of Information of Belarus used the words used to comment on the problems encountered by the two YouTubes of the Belarusian State propaganda, which turns out to be "the worst form of censorship on the basis of national characteristics and information segregation."
