In Iran, Swedish-Iranian emergency doctor Ahmadreza Djalali has been moved again, this time alone and to an unknown location. This is according to Amnesty International, which sees this as a signal that he may be executed. The human rights organization previously warned of more executions in Iran, due to the conflict with Israel.
The Swedish-Iranian researcher Ahmadreza Djalali has been moved after the bombings of the infamous Evin Prison in Tehran. The Foreign Minister now states that the government does not know where he has been taken. “The Swedish embassy in Tehran is in contact with local authorities,” she writes on X.
