The "valuable" first meeting of a group preparing Wales' response to Trump's tariffs

The Welsh Government has held the first meeting of a new group that will respond to the impact of President Donald Trump's tariffs on the Welsh economy. In February 2025, the President announced that new tariffs of 25% would be introduced on steel and aluminum imports into the United States, as part of his policy to stimulate American manufacturers.
