U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced Friday the appointment of Henry Wooster as the new Chargé d'Affaires to lead the Embassy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, following the departure of Ambassador Dennis B. Hankins, nominated by President Joe Biden, in late 2023.
